The Facility

Forty years in the making.

For most of our history, a home of our own was something we talked about but never had. Today it's built, it's fully paid for, and it's standing on campus.

What comes next is stewardship. Keeping this place worthy of the brothers who built it, and ready for the ones who haven't arrived yet.

Take a look inside.

Every room here exists because brothers made it happen.

Sigma Phi Epsilon Learning Community at FIU

Join us in supporting the Sigma Phi Epsilon Learning Community at FIU. Your generous contributions will help maintain the 8,200-square-foot SLC as a cherished home for SigEp and serve as an official classroom and event space for FIU. Together, we can ensure that this one-of-a-kind space continues to operate as a hub for future generations for years to come. Please invest in our community so we can create a brighter future for all, and keep the legacy alive.

Diligence

The brothers who wouldn’t quit.

A home of our own was something FL Nu talked about for most of our history. It stands today because a few brothers took the project on their shoulders and refused to set it down: years of meetings, plans, the calls that led nowhere and the ones that finally did, and the will to keep going long after stopping would have been easier.

Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love are the principles this fraternity is founded on. Over years of work, Tom Jelke, Ben Sardinas, Fran Oses, and Juan Linares, the architect who drew the plans, lived all three and drove this one home. Thank you.

Major Donors

Thank you to our major donors.

Brothers, families, and friends who gave at the levels that turned a plan into a building. The home stands because they signed on first.
