Running it is the work that never really ends. Roughly a hundred thousand dollars a year, split between the active chapter and the alumni. Here is how we, the alumni, carry our half.

The home stands because brothers show up for it, month after month. A little from each of us adds up to everything this place needs to keep its doors open.

How it works
Naming a space is a larger, personal commitment, and a conversation worth having in person. No forms, no checkout. Tell us which space speaks to you and a member of the AVC will walk you through what it involves, including whether it can be paid over time.

Picture FL Nu a hundred years from now. The home still standing, still full of brothers, no longer depending on what any single year can raise.
That is the idea behind the endowment. A fund large enough that its returns alone carry the facility, year after year, without asking each generation to start from zero.
This is a long-term vision, and a significant one. Somewhere near a million dollars, invested and preserved, so FL Nu lives on its own strength.
