Support the Legacy

It's built. Keeping it standing is on us.

The hard part is done. The home is up, and it's paid for, thanks to the generosity of brothers who believed FL Nu deserved one.

The Founders Club

One home. Kept alive by all of us.

The home stands because brothers show up for it, month after month. A little from each of us adds up to everything this place needs to keep its doors open.

The brothers already in.

Every brother who joins is right here by name. Find the guys you came up with, and add yours to the list.

40 brothers and families, and counting.

The Founders Club is one simple commitment. One hundred dollars a month. A hundred brothers doing the same keeps the lights on, the doors open, and the legacy funded for the brothers who come next.

Running the facility costs roughly $100,000 a year. The Founders Club is how the alumni carry our share, one brother at a time.
Your name goes up at the home, too, alongside every brother who's committed.

Joining takes two minutes. We'll hand you off to SigEp's national giving system to set up your monthly gift, and your name joins the roster.

Naming Gifts

Put your name on something permanent.

The facility is full of spaces that carry a story. The chapter room, the study, the places where brothers meet, work, and build the friendships that outlast school.

A number of these rooms are open to name. For you, for your family, or in honor of a brother who shaped your time at FL Nu. A permanent mark in a place that will stand for generations.

What's still open.

16 spaces remain across the home and grounds. Three are already claimed.

How it works

Naming a space is a larger, personal commitment, and a conversation worth having in person. No forms, no checkout. Tell us which space speaks to you and a member of the AVC will walk you through what it involves, including whether it can be paid over time.

Endowment · Major Giving

A home that sustains itself.

Picture FL Nu a hundred years from now. The home still standing, still full of brothers, no longer depending on what any single year can raise.

That is the idea behind the endowment. A fund large enough that its returns alone carry the facility, year after year, without asking each generation to start from zero.

This is a long-term vision, and a significant one. Somewhere near a million dollars, invested and preserved, so FL Nu lives on its own strength.

Gifts at this level are personal, and often carry tax and legacy considerations worth talking through. If leaving something lasting for FL Nu speaks to you, let's talk.

Major Donors

Thank you to our major donors.

Brothers, families, and friends who gave at the levels that turned a plan into a building. The home stands because they signed on first.
